Welcome to Vital Physical Therapy
Holistic. Personal. Efficient.
The body has a tremendous ability to heal itself.
Let’s tap into it to help you get better.
We’ve seen time and again the amazing recovery that people make through physical therapy. From major injuries, persistent pain, or recovery from orthopedic surgery, we take great pleasure in helping our patients get better, and return to doing what they love.
We are a private physical therapy practice in downtown Washington DC. We offer “hands on” treatment that integrates osteopathic manual techniques with customized exercise training to stem the root of the problem, and build a foundation for healthy and efficient movement. Our physical therapists will work with you one-on-one and will deliver personal, effective and holistic care in a warm stress-free setting. We are conveniently located near Farragut North and Dupont Circle metro. Learn more about our services and available treatment options.

Rebuild, Strengthen, ThriveAbout Us
She is truly exceptional in so many ways. Her professional approach, knowledge and skills were immediately apparent. She took the time to listen and to analyze my complaints and ultimately was able to help and relieve my discomfort.
I am happily pain free and thanks to chili and lots of PT, my range of motion is super. She is a gifted physical therapist and embodies total trust and confidence in the patient. Chili is extraordinarily well trained, and is totally devoted to her client's well-being.
Chili always was upbeat, positive and encouraging and reassured me that I would get back. She also always came up with challenging and innovative approaches to help me recover and help ease pain. I am now running again, taking Barre classes and doing yoga...I am grateful for all her hard work, forward thinking and perseverance.
