• Please arrive 20 minutes early to complete your paperwork. Please bring a list of your current medications.
• Bring the doctor’s referral, photo ID, and insurance card
• Wear loose fitting, comfortable clothing to facilitate physical therapy musculoskeletal evaluation
• During your initial visit the physical therapist will discuss your medical history, method of injury or disease onset, and perform a full physical therapy exam.
• At the completion of the exam, the physical therapist will discuss the nature of injury, treatment options and answers your questions
• Generally, the initial visit takes about 1 hour.

[trx_accordion_item title=”What to expect during follow up visits and treatment?” icon_global=”icon-graduation-cap”][vc_column_text]Typically you will have physical therapy 2 times per week, and continue until symptoms are resolved and function is restored. Please discuss with your PT any specific needs, tasks or activities that you would like to accomplish. Treatments are approximately 45min to one hour.[/vc_column_text][/trx_accordion_item]

In addition, we bill most PPO insurance plans and collect payment directly from the insurance. Your copay or co-insurance is due for payment at the time of service.
